1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SPM Champ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SPM Champ.
2. Description of Service
SPM Champ provides an online educational platform offering:
- SPM-aligned practice questions and mock examinations
- AI-powered marking and personalised feedback
- Bilingual (Bahasa Malaysia / English) study content
- Gamified progress tracking, leaderboards, and study rooms
- AI Tutor for academic support
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Students under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before subscribing.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and current information.
- You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your subscription.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout.
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- All payments are non-refundable once made, subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute platform content commercially
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, design, software, and branding — is the intellectual property of SPM Champ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. answer photos), and you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Specific academic outcomes or exam results
- Uninterrupted or error-free access
- That AI-generated feedback is perfectly accurate in all cases
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- SPM Champ, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform. You will be notified unless prohibited by law. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes.
