1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the SPM Champ platform. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Permitted Use
SPM Champ is provided exclusively for:
- Personal academic study in preparation for SPM examinations
- Parental monitoring of a child's academic progress
- Legitimate educational and revision purposes
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Account Abuse
- You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription
- You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
- You must not impersonate another user, student, or administrator
3.2 Content Abuse
- You must not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted content without permission
- You must not submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the AI Tutor
- You must not attempt to manipulate AI responses through prompt injection
3.3 Technical Abuse
- You must not use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- You must not perform denial-of-service attacks or attempt to overload our servers
- You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without express written permission
3.4 Community Standards (Study Rooms)
- You must not post offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content in study rooms or shared spaces
- You must not share personal contact information of other users
- You must not engage in bullying, intimidation, or academic dishonesty
3.5 Commercial Misuse
- You must not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any platform content
- You must not use SPM Champ questions or content for commercial tutoring services without written permission
4. AI Tutor Usage
The AI Tutor is provided to assist with academic learning. You must not:
- Attempt to use it for non-educational purposes
- Try to extract inappropriate, harmful, or off-topic responses through manipulation
- Rely solely on AI feedback for high-stakes academic decisions without independent verification
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to: contactus@spmchamp.com
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- A warning
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination without refund
- Legal action where applicable under Malaysian law
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.
